I always receive excellent customer service here -- every single visit. The employees are very kind, caring, and more than willing to help with anything you need. It’s clear they truly value their customers, and I really appreciate the great service they provide.

I love this place! It has a little bit of everything you need, and lots more that you didn’t know you even needed til you saw it. We stopped for animal bedding, electrolytes for the calves and hay. Normally we cannot get all three at one place. Their usually out of one or the other. Not Orschelns! They had it all and plenty of it.

They have a good selection hunting products aisle; a variety of useful supplies; tools; assortment of old fashioned candy and food products; all kinds of boots; clothes; furniture and much more! Great place for a lot of things!! Fair prices as well as very friendly cashiers, always a good transaction. I'll be back often.

My husband and I wanted to purchase a PitBoss grill and called ahead to make sure they had one in stock. Because of a schedule shift, we came to pick it up from the store earlier than expected. The employees didn't complain about us coming ahead of schedule or about having to move a bunch of pallets around to get to it for us. They were very pleasant and definitely went above and beyond. Thank you!

The store manager here is amazing. so is the staff. I ended buying a Milwaukee weed eater (in salina) the day before a new promo came out and she ended up making it happen. In turn I also got a rain check for a carhart waterproof hoodie and they were patient with me by holding it. they will go above and beyond. I also use them when the local ace is close since they have alot of the some maintence related stuff (brass fitting, hinges, filters,etc). We have thge one in salina (never had any real issues) but i'd rather drive the 30minutes to come to this one just because customer serive is on point strongly reconmmed also become a rewards member they got really really good deals

Super cute store with just about anything you need! Huge selection of dog/cat food and toys. Plenty of tools and stuff you would need on the farm plus plants! There are even toys for kids and clothes!This was a great place to explore while on the road! Huge gift selection too.
